Landlord is friendly, helpful, and easy going. Other tenants have been in the property for many years, and are all friendly, helpful, and caring folks. We are looking to rent two rooms for similar people to join this residence.
It's a beautiful small rental property with bus and subway within walking distance. Supermarket for groceries and several restaurants of different varieties are also nearby.
