Looking to rent a large ( 180 sqf) room to a working responsible guy. The room is in a renovated apt on Bay Parkway and Bath Ave. Quiet well kept building with elevator. The D train ( Bay Parkway stop) 2 blocks away, buses B6, B82, B64 are on the same block as the building. And the X28 express to Manhattan is one block away (30 minute drive to downtown Manhattan). Supermarkets, banks, Target, Bestbuy, and a park are also close. The room is unfurnished but a bed can be provided. Wifi is included in the rent. The rent is $1150 per month (one person room).
