Hello everyone, I'm looking for a female roommate who is clean, mature, sincerely consider to live permanently and responsible to share a two bedroom apartment with one female roommate. The apartment, available now, is all recently renovated and painted, with granite tiled floors, and all brand-new appliances and fixtures. The room for rent is brand new, beautiful and very big, with a huge walk in closet, and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also available storage space in the shared kitchen and bathroom for pots, pans, and other miscellaneous everyday items. The rent is only $600USD a month with everything except for high-speed internet and electricity, which is an additional $80 (cable and electricity) a month. An initial security deposit is also required. The apartment is within 7 minutes walking distance from the closest D line train station and is approximately 40 minutes from downtown Manhattan.
