About the neighborhood:
The neighborhood is full of energy. The people are decent and mind their own business but there is a sense of culture and community. A lot of people out and about. So it feels alive. Since the pandemic a lot of families come out so young children can play and get fresh air. It gives it an even better feel. Mostly people are enjoying the neighborhood. I been here 6 years and only witness community and not crime although the south Bronx can be stigmatized as intimidating for some this neighborhood is one to feel a sense of community and at home. Couple of Spanish restaurants and deli?s around. Dunkin doughnuts, subways and Popeyes are by the train, and so is a grocery store. directly across from the bldg is public transportation and CitiBike

AIr conditioner in the room. 6train right across the street, 15 Min or less to East 125th street. Citibike post right across the street! 17 and 19 bus across the street. Everything you need across the street! 2, 4 and 5 train easily reached. Quiet relaxing Clean peaceful home. 10th floor with 2 elevators and laundry room in the basement. nice view in the bedroom. You can fit a full size bed in comfortably. Queen can fit snuggly as well! New AC is in the room. Black out curtains (you can replace if you wish). Clean room. Good heat. Good and dependable water pressure and temps. Bathroom and kitchen always clean. Apartment always clean and tidy. Lots of natural light. Home of an introvert full of joy. I wake early and sleep early. High priority for respecting privacy, responsible people, I am good at respecting boundaries, communication smooth sailing. Building maintenance is efficient and very professional. St. Mary?s park is 5 min. (Or less )away on foot . It?s great for running, bbq, reading or soaking sun. Lots of delicious Spanish restaurants and delis are very close.
