I live with 3 people at the moment. I’ve been living at this address for over 8 years and I absolutely love the place. The place is located in a beautiful Irish community. The apartment is in a 3-story multi-family home. We have half of the second floor and the entire third floor. The second floor consists of a living area, dining area, and kitchen. The top floor has three bedrooms and the bathroom. The rent is paid month to month so there’s no lease to get locked into. Utilities generally range from $150-$200 after being split 3 ways. There is plenty of street parking around the apartment, and no need to move for street cleaning. The town in which the apartment is located has a great atmosphere. One of my current roommates is moving out at the end of October and I’d like to fill that spot so I don’t lose this wonderful apartment!
