Beautiful and spacious room to rent, single occupancy only. Prewar building in a lovely Irish neighborhood bordering nyc and Westchester. Close to Fordham University, Montefiore Medical Center, Einstein Medical School and the Botanical Gardens. Grand Central is 30 minutes and White Plains is 20 minutes, the Metro north is a five minute walk and the 2 and 5 line are a ten minute walk. The apt will be shared by only one other person, myself, early 30s and work in physical therapy. Verifiable long term employment as well as references are required, must have good credit.
The room is 17x17 and has an en suite bathroom. I have separate half bath for myself but do need to shower in the other bathroom. The room will be equipped with a small fridge and mini oven as well as hot plate. Includes wifi and heat/electric. Please include some information about yourself in your reply. Thanks
