1 room for $700 a month near train station

I am renting a room in my 3 room bedroom apartment. I have the other 2 rooms already rented out and they are both working females. Privacy, cleanliness and common sense are a must to be able to share the spaces with 2 other people. The apartment is very large. The rented room is next to the living room. The living room is not used by the other 2 roommates, hence it could be used by the new occupant. There is a large separate kitchen as well. One shared bathroom at the end of the hallway. 2 space closets are also available. (Please see images attached). The furniture in the bedroom can be moved in the living room if more space is needed. It fits a queen size bed.
