Large Bedroom Open In A Nice Apartment

I am the legal tenant of a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Williamsbridge which is a real 5 minute walk from the 219th station on the 2 line. I am looking for a roommate for the empty 3rd bedroom.

We have a nice apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. . I am looking to rent out the room now. I am a restaurant manager and my other roommate is a Teacher in the Bronx.

You should have a full time job. We have a cat so no other pets. Non-smoker, I hate the smell so its a non negotiable.

Please be a mature and responsible adult capable of paying your bills and rent on time. Be moderately clean and help out with household chores. Wireless is available -. It is split equally between all roommates

Rent is 850 include utilities. (not wireless) The rent is due by the 3rd. Any late rent will be subject to a 5% penalty as that is what I have to give to the landlord.

He is a responsive and great landlord and I have been here 4 years and plan on being here for at least another 3 years.

This is a quiet chill household, no wild parties or consistent guests coming over. I am looking for someone who understands the respect needed to live with other people.

You will share the main bathroom with the other roommate. One roommate is a straight Latino male and the other is a Black gay male. I I dont care about your orientation as long as all are respectful towards each other. Please no wannabe live in partners. Meaning 2-3 times a week are ok for overnights but no more.

Following the above may seem like a lot but it makes for a quiet chill household which is what you should want after a day of dealing with the jungle of NYC.
