Bedroom #1 that is unfurnished but can fit a Full size bed and dresser. This apartment is meant to be shared by no more than 3 roomates in total so no worries about overcrowding. Currently 1 male flatmate in the apartment.
Landlord and flatmate are looking for clean/neat, quiet, respectful, responsible, professionals as roomates who pay their rent on time and follow the rules of the property. NO PETS. No Smoking at all, No Drug use at all, with No Criminal background.
Locks for each room door will be provided. Gas, Electricity and Internet included.
This apartment is Located only 2 blocks away public transportation (#2 train @ 219th street station). NO REALTORS PLEASE! PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE PROPERTY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, viewing of apartment is by appointment.

I asked for first month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit (example: $800×3= $2,400 or $950×3= $2,850 for couples) and a clean background/credit check before moving in.
