Bedroom #2 is a small semi-furnished with a brand new Twin size bed, night side table (the room can be rented empty upon request for the same rent). This apartment is meant to be shared by no more than 3 roomates in total so no worries about overcrowding. Currently only 1 male flatmate in the apartment.
Landlord and flatmate are looking for one clean/neat, quiet, respectful, responsible, professionals as a roomate who pays their rent on time and follow the rules of the property. NO PETS. No Couples, No Kids, No Smoking at all, No Drug use at all, with No Criminal background.
Locks for each room door will be provided. Gas, Electricity and Internet included.
