Small room mostly unfurnished but includes utilities (WiFi & electric) washer and dryer. Can share kitchen (if needed) has a dishwasher and electric stove.

Many local stores and supermarkets and a couple blocks from D train in Kingsbridge. D train goes express in Bronx and Manhattan during peak rush hours and 35 mins to midtown.

I am 36, living alone and work for the City University of New York.
