Hi! We are looking for someone to sign on to a year long lease starting July 1 2026 until June 30, 2027. Per the lease, subleasing is not allowed and you must pay all 12 months of rent. The landlord will renew the lease if you are interested in staying longer than one year.

Each person pays $833 a month plus utilities ($100-$120 on average). The security deposit is $1050, which is due at lease signing (July 1). The landlord requires proof of employment and income.

The apartment is 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with one of the bedrooms being a communal office/guest room. This means that only 3 people will live here. There is in unit washer and dryer as well

Your bedroom will be completely unfurnished but will include an AC unit. The apartment has central heating. It can fit a queen size bed (pictured) as well as other furniture.

Location: The apartment is located in West Bronx/Tremont area. The apartment is just a short walk from the D line (4 minutes) and the 4 line (8 minutes).

About prospective roommate: We are looking for a tidy, responsible adult who does not bring the party home, has good communication skills, and is respectful of the boundaries of others.
