Furnished Room near Montefiore Fordham Lehman

This is a medium sized furnished room in a large pre-war hardwood floor apartment with lots of sunlight. I am looking for a clean, quiet and respectful male roommate who will be out of the house most of the day working and live lightly on the apartment. My ideal roommate would be a nurse or medical professional who works at a nearby hospital such as Montefiore or Northcentral. I am open to graduate students as well. Parking is very limited in this neighborhood, but the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the D train at Bedford Park, a 7-minute walk from the 4 train at Bedford Park, and an 8-minute walk from the MetroNorth train at Botanical Garden.

Utilities including gas, electric and Wi-Fi are included in your rent, and I would prefer someone who is going to stay a minimum of 3 months.
