This amazing space is shared with 2 working adults. Cleanliness is valued; everyone should be able to keep common areas clean. No drama please.

The property and neighborhood are located in an amazing and safe, family oriented neighborhood with plenty of street parking. And, if you do drive..... It's only a 20 drive to grand central. There is no alternate side parking. No need to move your car :-)
And, if you don't drive..... BxM9 is the X-press bus. Its travel time to Grand Central is 30-45 min. - Our local route is: Bx 8 with a transfer to the #6 train to grand central is 45-60 min.
