Co-Living Community - Fully Furnished, All Util

Cool and affordable housing in NYC that also allows you a cool community and a place to create your work. We've created a unique space in a huge house in the heart and soul of New York City - the Bronx - a place that keeps its unique culture and a place where entrepreneurs and artists flourish.

The house is huge and has 8 large bedrooms. Each room shares a full bathroom, common area / dining, and full kitchen. The rooms are large with comfy beds and clean sheets and towels. Each room has a desk with an ergonomic chair for private and late nights working.

We have a shared living room / community room with Smart TV with Netflix, a large "coffee shop" style space for co-working, and an exercise room with elliptical, treadmill, yoga mats, bands, etc.

A quiet co-working space rounds out the house in the basement - ergonomic chairs, printer, peace and quiet for concentrating on work. There's also a laundry room and 2 bathrooms downstairs on the basement level.

A large backyard in the back of the house with a gas fire pit for summer, fall, and spring evening jam sessions or just hanging out admiring the park that's backed against the house.

***Rent includes ALL utilities - heat, water, electric, wi-fi, coffee, and tea*** Also includes access to co-working space and use of printer, exercise room access, back yard, parking (based on occupancy and availability), full use of house, and regular cleaning of the common areas. Includes occasional fruits, beverages, snacks, etc. Even includes toilet paper!

Here, we are a mixture of different cultures with different backgrounds, diets, languages, religions ? and we make room for and respect for all types of blends that make us human.

With our unique talents in the house, we offer skill-sharing, events / meetups, and whiteboarding sessions - sometimes spontaneous, sometimes planned.

We like to keep our common spaces clean and everyone participates in cleaning. We also have a manager on site that helps with regular cleaning - also included.
