Room available in nice quiet area

Hey I'm Looking for a clean, responsible, respectful roommate who does not bring a lot of company over but is down for having a good time. 4/20 friendly. Smokers okay, preferably in the balcony. Very convenient for college students or someone looking for something to start off with.

Location - Bronx, NY. Around Bruckner area. I live in a nice quiet area near public transportation close by such as 6 train & 5 bus. A lot of street parking if you drive. Corner store right across the street. Local food plaza a few blocks away. Shopping center 5 minutes always (bruckner shopping mall).

Apartment - I live in a one bedroom apartment with a rap around kitchen and and balcony. I have a spacious living room, we would share bathroom and kitchen. This room is only for ONE person, so please don't ask for couples. NO PETS allowed.

Fridge - usually everything in the fridge is for everyone in the household, so don't be afraid of taking juice or Soda from the fridge haha. I have no problem sharing my food.

Rent - The rent would be $800, due on the 1st of every month. No if's but's or maybe's. I also require a $800 deposit. Moving in is usually on the 30th or 1st. If you want to move in during middle of the month you would have to pay the difference.

Includes - The apartment includes, Free electricity, Free TV, Free Cable, Free wifi, Free water, Free gas. Great Heat during the winter. Laundry room is in the basement so you don't have to leave the building. You can usually wash all your clothes with under 20 bucks.

Household duties - Its pretty simple, we are all adults, you clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes, if you use a cup/plate clean up right after. we would take turns cleaning bathroom every week.
