Roommate Wanted (Female ONLY)

Looking for a third roommate in our three bedroom huge apartment! The apartment has been gut renovated two years ago and is conveniently located near public transportations and lots of shops and restaurants!

About us:
We are both low key professional females in our late 20s and early 30s. We are looking for another female in their 20s or early 30s. We both have hectic busy schedule (who doesn't in NY!) and usually just come home to shower and sleep. We rarely entertain or have any guests over. We are both quiet, clean, and respectful of each others space as well as common areas.

About the apartment:
- Room is available starting December 1st or sooner (flexible for the right person)
-3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 HUGE kitchen, and plenty closet space
- The rent for the available room is $700 plus utilities
- Utilities include internet, electricity, gas, and shared toiletries (split three ways, it usually runs us about $40-$50 each)
- the room is not furnished, however we have all the kitchen/cookware equipments that you are welcome to use
- the apartment is 7 minute walking distance to both 231st station and 238th station (1 train) 15 minute walking distance to the 4 train
- across the street from BX1 bus and BX2 bus which takes you to the 4 and B, D lines in less than 10 minutes
- express bus BXM3 also stop across the street which takes you to midtown
-free street parking
- we are close to the following colleges: Lehman College, Manhattan College, Columbia University, Fordham University, Manhattan College, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and many more. We welcome and prefer students so please apply ;)
-NO COUPLES - including kids
-no pets
- MUST be willing to agree to no overnight guests

About you: We are looking for a CLEAN roommate with a similar busy schedule as us. We follow a cleaning schedule - take turns cleaning common areas (bathroom, kitchen, hallway) weekly basis. We prefer someone who values cleanliness as much as we do!

We prefer students and/or young professionals. We are hoping to find someone who is easy to get along with, respectful, and cleans up after herself, and treats our home as if it?s her home.

Upon approval we ask that you pay first month rent + last month rent + $300 security deposit = $1700 ($700+$700+$300) and sign a roommate agreement. The agreement will be month-to-month agreement so flexible with the length of stay. We require you to give us at least 30 day notice before vacancy.
