1BR in 2BR Parkchester Bronx incl all utilities

We are moving to upstate NY, but will still need to keep my Parkchester Bronx 2BR apartment as a pied a terre mostly for my occasional visits. It made sense to keep 1 room for this purpose and rent out the other room. This means you may be by yourself a lot of times, especially since we will almost certainly be working remotely for at least the rest of the year.

My apartment is in a great location in the area and has very large living space. It also has brand new refrigerator, new kitchen cabinets and newly tiled and remodeled bathroom. My sofas, beds, TV, and most of my appliances are relatively new as well. I will take care of all the utilities including high speed internet, electricity, gas, hot water, high speed fans or A/C etc and you are free to share the living spaces like the Kitchen, Living room etc (just keep them clean).

Parkchester in the Bronx is a very safe and quiet middle class neighborhood, with express bus to midtown Manhattan in about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you could use the 6 train subway as well. They have a no pet policy and you may get limited street parking or at nearby garages if needed. The neighborhood has Macy's, Marshall's, Blink fitness, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens and many more shopping centers.
