Large area in beautiful apartment.

This area is actually 3 rooms! A bedroom, living room, and alcove. There are 8 windows in the area. It was actually a one bedroom apartment until it was connected to my apartment. Private entrance. Share bathroom and kitchen with one other person. Must be clean and neat. If you drive there is ALWAYS parking. Quite area where you can feel safe and be proud to be a part of hardworking family people of all ethnicities. Please leave a message if interested. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom but otherwise the area is unfurnished so you can make it your own! 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks security required to move in $1400, and rent is due weekly. I also have a smaller room available for rent. It's 104 square feet, currently unfurnished, but can be furnished at request and fee. The rent on the smaller room is $250 a week. 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks security to move in, $1000.
