Hi!

My name is Veronica and I am seeking a roommate starting November 1. My current roommate is moving out at the end of October and her room will be available.

Room is a nice size, comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser, and vanity. Nice sized closet. Shared living room space, and bathroom.

Building has central air and heat. We also two gyms, yoga room, movie room, game room, rooftop, and multiple business centers. WiFi throughout the building. Laundry room in basement.

Building is fully electric. Average split a month is $100.
WiFi/cable split - $50

5 minute walk to 6 train at 138th street/3rd Ave. 8 minute walk to 4/5 trains at 138th and Grand Concourse.

I am looking to find a roommate by October 1. Seeking a chill, professional roommate (or student with guarantor) with at least 6 paystubs, credit check, 3 bank statements. Only need first month's rent + $500 deposit to move in.
