Looking for someone to take over my lease. I have the smaller room in a two bedroom apartment. Floor to ceiling windows in the room and living room. Washer/dryer in unit. Private bathroom with tub. Building has a 24 hr gym, valet parking, free coffee, billiards room, coworking space. I am looking for someone to move in starting January 1 but can do sooner if needed.
