Looking to show apartment ONLY to those interested in renting for up to 6 months to a year.

The room has a window with great natural sunlight, one large-sized closet outside the bedroom, high ceiling. The room is large-size with outside hallway closet.

The common area has a large kitchen, dishwater and living room space. Shared bathroom with tub and shower.

Accommodations for washer and dryer are available.

Apartment is within walking distance of major subway lines: 6 train station 3rd Avenue 138th Street, 4, 5 train 138th Grand Concourse stop. 20 minutes train travel time to Midtown, 30 minutes to Union Square. Ten-minute walk to West Harlem.

Please respond with a little bit about yourself and a couple of convenient times you would like to come by to look at the room and meet me. I am looking for someone who is clean, easy-going, and considerate. Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, and anytime on Saturday or Sunday.
