I grew up in this apartment since the building opened so I can answer most questions that may come to mind. Pretty quiet area considering it’s a busy street but we live on the opposite side of the busyness. At its worst there’s a party downstairs where there’s a community center below. These occasions are pretty rare.
As long as the shared spaces are tidy and we agree on scheduled chores, we’ll be great!
