You will need proof of income and 3x the monthly rent to move in ! ( Security, First and Last)

I am looking to rent the spare room. Room comes with a full size bed, TV and closet. Close to the 4 and D train. The Bx40/42 can take you to either stations. Walking is about 10 mins away from the 4 train, 15 mins for the D train.

The last roommate I had didn't have company often and just came to the apt to sleep and eat. We would all hang out together but not too often.

We are looking for a roommate that is respectful of the space. Company is ok, as long as its not excessive. Wouldn't mind someone that is friendly and doesn't mind interacting with us but obviously not a requirement.

There are tons of delis, laundry and other convenient stores within walking distance.

The apt is a tad messy so if you are a clean freak or have OCD this is not the apt for you.
