Unfurnished Private bedroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment in the Bronx for rent in a clean and quiet home. The room is spacious, well-lit, and perfect for a working professional that can commit to a one year lease. Lease will be signed by July 5th.

Details:

* Private medium size bedroom with a large closet.
* Bedroom is facing the back of the building so if you love quiet and no noise from the street, then this room is perfect for you
* Theres 3 girl roommates and you will be sharing a bathroom with Kadisha. Your bedroom is located on the left side of the apartment.
* Shared kitchen (You will have 2 cabinets to yourself) and adequate space to place things on the kitchen counter top as well as in the fridge/freezer to place your own food.
* There’s a coffee pod machine by the kitchen that you’re freely to use.
* Utilities are split into 4 equally.
* Laundry is available in the basement. Washer is $2.00 and dryer is $1.00.
* If you don’t want to use the basement laundry, there’s a laundry 4 minutes walking from the apartment.
* Apartment is close to public transportation. 10 minutes walking distance to the 4 train station in Mt. Eden and 3 minutes walking to the Bx3 and Bx36 bus that crosses the Washington heights bridge and you can take the 1 train at 181st. The Bx11, Bx13 and Bx35 are also 7 mins walking from the apartment.
* There’s a supermarket with great variety of foods 2 minutes walking.
Two 99 cent stores 5 minutes from the apartment.
* ALWAYS clean up after yourself when cooking or using the kitchen. Please no leaving grease on the stove, counter or floor.
* Trash is taken out three times per week and recycling 1 time per week (Friday). Trash days are already designated. So you’ll take out the recycling on Friday’s. If you prefer a trash day (Monday, Wednesday or Friday) we can discuss.
* No parties in the apartment.
* NO MORE PETS allowed as I have male cat. He is neutered and has all of his yearly shots. He is super sweet and only roams the living room area when he needs to use the litter. I am very clean when it comes to my cat so don’t need to worry about him. I always leave my bedroom open so he can go in and out. If you’re someone who respect other people’s spaces then you will fit right in.
* Since I have my cat, please no leaving the front door open.
* We seek an extremely clean and mindful person
* No Wi-fi in the apartment but you can easily have an internet box in your room.
* Apartment has a Box space to place an AC so you don’t have to place the AC on the window
* Rent is always due by the 5th. I collect all the rent, provide it to the landlord and then send proof by screenshot that the rent was sent for the month.

MOST IMPORTANT:
* Respect each other’s privacy and personal space.
* Communicate concerns directly and respectfully.
* No illegal activities in the apartment.
* No smoking or vaping inside the apartment.
* Illegal drugs are prohibited on the property.
* We are on the second floor of a 4 apartment building. One flight or stairs per floor (Very short). One apartment for each floor. Which is great if you’re bringing groceries and other personal belongings.
* We all clean after ourselves after using the kitchen or common area. We don’t touch others belongings and we all each have our own appliances. There’s space for a closet to be placed outside by your bedroom door if you desire.
* If not using the lights, kindly turn them off to keep the utilities at a minimum.
* We are very respectful of each others space and belongings. we don’t touch nothing that’s not of the person.
*Do not enter another person’s bedroom without permission.
*During the winter, no space heaters as the heat is very strong.
*No operating a business that brings clients to the apartment
* If you receive a package or a letter and you’re not home, we always look out for each other and bring it into the apartment.
* You can have visitors but such visitors CANNOT reside with you in the apartment. The tenant is responsible for their guests’ behavior.

Security Deposit: $750
Move-in Date: By June 30th 2026.
