Corner bedroom with wide windows and ample closet space. Fully furnished (bed, dresser).

There is shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom and living room) I welcome occasional company as long as we are respectful over times and communicate!

Always open to add to shared spaces and divide the cost!

Closer to the D/4 train and a bus right downstairs. Typically a calm neighborhood there is a music during the summer.

I do smoke hookah in the apartment but no **** or cigarettes due to the smell it leaves.
