Ciao! 🇮🇹 I have a bright and cozy room available from September 15th in a safe, friendly neighborhood in Mott Haven, The Bronx—a vibrant and growing area where a couple of my friends from Italy also live!

We live in a three-story house, and the available bedroom is on the top floor. The room comes with a queen-size bed with a comfortable latex mattress, a big closet, a large window for natural light, and space for a small work desk. AC is available, or you can bring your own. You will also have your own private bathroom for extra privacy.

• $1,250 per month for one person

About Me & The Space

I’m originally from Italy and work in the food industry. My home is always welcoming, and we are LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m open to hosting couples for a short period. Students and professionals are also welcome!

However, if you are loud or don’t like to clean, this is not the place for you. I keep my space organized and peaceful.

Just for a short period of time I am with my partner dogs. Max a small sweet terrier and Kratos my big baby, a Belgian Malinois, full of energy. If you are afraid or don’t like dogs this house is not suitable for you.
