Hidey ho! I'm looking for a two new roommates starting Feb 1st. My two long-term roommates are moving on to new things and places.

Looking for Long-term or Short-term (preferably long-term)

-Laundry and Gym IN BUILDING
-Fully stocked kitchen
-Living Room fully equipped with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Amazon.
-Lots and lots of board games 🤓
-Dining room area with endless arts and crafts cabinet
-Its homey af.
-MUST BE 420 AND CAT FRIENDLY.

-Off of 2/5/6 trains
-Easy access to EAST or WEST side
-40 minutes to Midtown
-1 block away from St Mary's Park
-Up and coming, developing area
-Many grocery stores nearby

THE ROOMIES
You'd be living with me!
I'm the Artistic Director of a small theatre company here in NYC. I direct, write, and produce for the theatre. I smile a lot, smoke a lot of weed and have Peyton and Sox, two very cute kitties. They're the best. Very friendly, very cuddly.

Vaccinated and covid-conscious. (Non-negotiable)
LGBTQ+ Friendly/Ally/Participant (Also very non-negotiable)
Must be down. (Like to do fun stuff. I have the coolest friends.)
But like not too in your face. (cuz also need to just chill as well)
Must be okay with cats and weed. (guys I really can't stress this enough)
Be cool AF. (cuz we're cool af.)
Not like a complete clean freak, but def not messy. (we're humans. but we def not garbage people.)
Down for couples as well. (we would talk about price adjustments)
