Fully Furnished Room + Private Bathroom South Bx

Ciao! I have a fully furnished room available, starting End of August 2026/ beginning of September, with the possibility of a short rental period if needed.
(My sister is relocating for work )

My sunny apartment is located in Mott Haven - The Bronx. We live in a 3 story house, on the top floor. The bedroom available is furnished with a wall LG TV, full mattress and bed frame. In addition, the bedroom has a AC unit, dresser, mirrors.
Shared bathroom only with one person, right next to the bedroom.

Everyone is welcome at my place.

The only thing I request is you to be clean and neat. Clean your bathroom and clean the kitchen if you cook.
Full time students, nurses, full time workers and LGBTQ men preferred. My best roommates were these sweet, respectful, clean Gay men 💚

I travel for work once a month we all full time workers
Rent:
$ 1150 monthly rent
$ 900 security deposit
Internet+ utilities included ( there was an increased both for energy bills and Wifi )

Transportation:
• 6 minute walk to the 2 and 5 train on 149th street and 3rd ave
• 8 minute walk to the 6 train on 138th street and Brook ave
• City bikes docks are everywhere around the neighborhood.

The neighborhood:
• Laundry is 2 blocks away, it is clean and pretty new.
• Bronx brewery is 10 minutes from the apt.
• Harlem is a 15 minute bike ride away, right after the willis ave bridge and 3rd ave bridge.
• Bodegas at every corner
• Fruit and vegetable store 2 blocks away - they make nice fresh juices.
• La morada is a mexican restaurant on Willis and 141st, Mottley kitchen on 140th and willis ave.


If you don’t have enough money to leave a security deposit please don’t contact me.
I already made the mistake of allowing people in the apt and they didn’t leave me a deposit.
The one to always pay the highest price is me.

If you are late with a monthly payment, your deposit can give me the “ security of being able to pay rent in time “ using YOUR MONEY, not only mine.
