From the entrance to the room

This is one of two rooms in my apartment located on the opposite side on the master bedroom. It has its own door and key lock for privacy and security. The room is directly connected to the main common area which is the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are easily accessible. WIFI is available along with access to a hard line for direct connect to router for no extra charge.
The bed in the room is a queen, the sheets and rug are fresh. The air conditioner in the room is in excellent working order and ideal for the summer months. The second window opens and has an extra shelf. There is a fan, a small folding table, a lamp that provides sufficient lighting and a small trash can.
While the room has no internal closets, the room comes with access to a large closet and a linen closet. Additional storage is also available but limited.
The apartment overall is very clean and maintained that way consistently. Cleaning equipment is available for use at anytime. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware available for use.
As far as me my biggest pet peeve is hygiene and cleanliness. No one is perfect, and messes are made to be cleaned up but your effort to be clean is paramount. I pay all the bills on a strict schedule so having a responsible roommate is unequivocally crucial. Very seldom do I entertain any guest and when I do I will normally defer to my personal room especially when the roommate is home out of consideration. If I plan events there will sufficient notice and I expect the same courtesy.
I am very easy to get along with considering the aforementioned requirements. I am open to compromise and negotiations in an effort to sustain a peaceful and harmonious co-habitat. I enjoy cooking, video games and movies. I don't ask for much just a considerate individual who is respectful and I would be the same.
The area is located near several public busses and trains including the bx15, bx19, 2 and 5 trains. There are many good shops and restaurants including supermarkets, as the building is located one block from a commercial area. The building is secure with buzzer door and surveillance cameras. Street Parking is comfortable, and there are two parking lots in two directions from the building.
