Current lease ends June 30, 2021 at which point you have the option to sign on and take over the apartment. Will have to be approved by management. Otherwise, month to month is fine from Feb

Room: Large king sized room with two big floor to ceiling closets. Newly renovated apartment with open plan kitchen and living/dining.

Transportation: 5 Minute walk to 6 at 143 and 5 minute walk to 2/5 at Jackson

Amenities: Laundry in building, gym in building, upgraded lobby, super onsite, rooftop access in summer, one block from Saint Marys Park, 24/7 bodega in building, multiple restaurants, dollar stores, and grocery stores nearby. Street parking on block.

Surrounded by 4 schools and has always felt a like a safe and friendly neighborhood.

The Roommates: 2 males, working professionals. One an actor, producer, and creative director. The other a writer and sound designer. Both working from home and tend to keep to themselves but friendly when met in common spaces. Both covid aware and very respectful of others. Both keep a very clean apartment and expect the same from other roommates in the common area.
