I have a huge, pre furnished room for rent. Only thing it really needs is an area rug as I did a bit of a hack job when I painted it. Sun facing windows, great natural lighting, spacious enough to workout in the room if needed, dresser, nightstand, TV included. There’s a rod to hang clothes as well as a storage ottoman. Functional samsung gas range, washer & dryer on the premises. Front yard, back yard, attic & basement. So if you need a bit of storage attic and basement are available. House is *** friendly but no cigs in the house, there’s a patio to smoke on if needed. My girlfriend comes by pretty regularly so a female roommate is somewhat preferred but so long as you’re a stable person with good energy I will 100% consider you. When the weather is nice my backyard is huge and has multiple raised beds for gardening if you have a green thumb. I did beets, radishes, salad greens and carrots last year.
