Kingsbridge Studio For Rent

I am looking to sublet my studio from April until the end of September. The room will be fully furnished, including pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Full-size bed, desk, small dining room table, couch, private bathroom, clothing rack, bookshelf, and dresser. All of the furniture will stay but my personal belongings, decorations, and plants will all be removed. Kitchenware will be available, all that you will need to bring is bed sheets and towels. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building that is cheaper than any of the laundromats in the area. The building is located on the corner of Broadway and 242 St. The 242 St 1 train stop is right across the street, and Van Cortlandt Park is right across the street. Manhattan College campus is a 5-minute walk away. There is a great bodega across the street, along with a bunch of restaurants. There's a stop and shop a 10-minute walk away as well.
