The apartment is also a creative space. I occasionally use the living room as a work and meeting space, and music may be played or created between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so I'm looking for someone who appreciates or is comfortable with that environment.

The living room is available for you to enjoy whenever it isn't being used for work.
