Friendly Female Roommate Wanted – $1,200 + Utilities

Hi! I’m a full-time student and worker looking for a female roommate who’s clean, responsible, * Pays Bills On Time * and has a full-time job . I like to keep things tidy, respectful, and peaceful at home, and I’m hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle.

🛏️ Rent: $1,200/month + utilities
💡 Utilities: Light bill is usually around $60–$100 (this may vary) , and Wi-Fi is $48 each
🏠 Shared Spaces: Living room, kitchen, and bathroom
💰 Move-In Fee: Required at the time of moving in (details can be discussed)

** I have two small dogs and a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with animals ! 🐶🐶🐱 **

📍 Location: The apartment is in a convenient area near plenty of transportation options -- close to the 2, 5, and 6 trains and several bus routes. You’ll also find supermarkets, restaurants , and lots of stores nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance.

Again I’m looking for someone who works full-time, pays bills on time, keeps shared spaces clean, and is easy to get along with and is responsible .

👉 Proof of income, at least one recommendation, and a move-in fee will be required before moving in.
