King sized bedroom includes a full bed, two nightstands, and a dresser.

Please be able to provide first month’s rent, security deposit, and employment verification (4 most recent paystubs.)

Welcome! To ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone, please review and agree to the following house rules:

1. Rent & Payments
    •    Rent is due every week on Friday.
    •    A deposit is required before moving in.
    •    Late payments may result in additional fees.

2. Cleanliness
    •    Keep your room tidy and clean.
    •    Clean up after yourself immediately in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living area).

3. Bathroom Use
    •    Keep personal toiletries organized.
    •    Wipe down surfaces after use (sink, shower, toilet).
    •    Don’t leave wet towels on the floor.

4. Noise & Guests
    •    Quiet hours: [10 PM – 7 AM].
    •    Guests must be approved beforehand.
    •    No overnight guests without prior notice and agreement.
    •    Be respectful of volume when playing music, TV, or on calls.

5. Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs
    •    No smoking/vaping inside the apartment.
    •    Alcohol in moderation only.
    •    Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed.

6. Respect & Privacy
    •    Knock before entering another roommate’s room.
    •    Keep shared areas respectful for everyone.
    •    Be mindful of personal space, boundaries, and belongings.

7. Pets (1 cat in the household)
    •    Pets are not allowed

8. Safety & Security
    •    Lock doors and windows when leaving.
    •    Do not give keys to anyone who does not live here.
    •    Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

9. Lease & Agreement
    •    Breaking house rules may result in termination of rental.
    •    All roommates must sign acknowledgment of these rules.
