The room is 16ft x 13ft, wood floors, brand new remote control air conditioner, tv cable with approx. 80 channels, super fast internet, your own refrigerator in the room, electricity included, laundry room in the building with 8 washing machines and 6 dryers (open 24 hours, 7days a week).

You can get the eastbound Bx12 across the street, which takes you to the #4 (4 blocks) or the D/B subway (6 blocks).
The westbound Bx12 takes you to the #1 (4 blocks) or the A subway (7 blocks) in about 10 minutes. You can walk to the subway in about 15 minutes. The BxM3 express also stops at the gate and goes all the way to 23rd St. and 5th Avenue in about 20 minutes. Their schedule is extremely precise.
