Hello, our names are Lourdes and Edith. We live in a two-bedroom apartment in the Fordham Heights area of the west Bronx. We are renting out our smaller second bedroom for $200 weekly paid in cash or QuickPay from your bank. We require 2 weeks paid up front to move in. The bedroom for rent has a full-sized bed, small closet, four-drawer media chest, and two windows. There is no cable or TV (you can bring your own TV). We will provide the bed and two pillows but you need to bring your own bedding (sheets, blankets, pillow covers, etc). WiFi is available.

You must be:
-Pet friendly (we have a small cat)
-Gay friendly
-Speak fluent English

You must abide by the following house rules:
-No visitors
-No loud music playing
-No pets
-No cigarette smoke (no hard drug use)

*We are looking for someone who needs a 3-6 month maximum stay but we can extend it depending on how you are as a tenant.

Around 6 blocks to the D and B trains
12 Bus stop is 1 block away (10 minutes to 1 and A trains)
Several bus lines nearby
