We are looking for one more roommate to help us finish out our three bedroom apartment. I've been living here for a year and I absolutely love it. It's very safe here, as most of the community is families and college students. There's lots of trees and Van Cortland Park is very close by. There's lots of delis and great food nearby, along with grocery stores. It's also a 10 minute walk to the 1 train, so it's easy to get into Manhattan. Both my roommate and I go to Manhattan University, but we don't require our future roommate to attend there. We're both pretty nerdy, but we also love to have fun. We like to keep our common space tidy and clean. We also own a cat (he's a very good boy). Please reach out if interested!
