55 Dash Place - Riverdale

My boyfriend recently lost his job and we are needing to move out of our apartment. We are looking for someone to sublease as soon as 02/01/2025 until 04/30/2025 or sign a brand new lease (terms between you and the landlord).

We're the first people to live in this apartment and have had a great time living here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There's a rooftop patio which is lovely in the summer, and a gym in the basement. Management and the super are very responsive, and our neighbors are friendly young professionals.

We're willing to leave behind whatever furniture you need, including a queen sized bed and TV, which are less than 2 years old.

The closest train is the 1, about a 10 minute walk away, and it's a 40 minute train ride to midtown. The building offers garage parking at an additional cost, but I've had no problems finding street parking (and there's no ASP!).
