Quiet Private Suite + Private Bath in Throggs Neck

We are looking for a quiet, respectful, and extremely clean individual to rent a private room in our peaceful home. It is just my husband and me—we both work very hard and consider our home a sanctuary of peace and rest. We are looking for someone who shares those same values.
The Space:
You will have a fully furnished room and your own private bathroom (located just across the living room). The room is set up for total convenience so you can relax in private:

Furniture: Comfortable Twin bed, armchair, closet, and lamp.

Kitchenette in-room: Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric water kettle (calentador de agua).

Extras: AC, fan, iron & ironing board, and high-speed Internet with Netflix included.

The Rules (Strictly Enforced):

Cleaning is NON-NEGOTIABLE: We keep a spotless home. If you use the kitchen, it must be cleaned and returned to its original state immediately after use.

Peace & Quiet: This is a "quiet home." No loud music, late-night noise, or parties.

No Pets / No Smoking: No exceptions.

Occupancy: Single occupancy only (1 person).

Located in the heart of 10465, near all public transportation (BxM9 Express Bus to Manhattan and the 6 Train). Plenty of street parking and close to everything you need!
