Because I understand that life is expensive! Transitioning into a new living situation can be challenging, especially with inflation and the rising cost of everyday necessities. I believe finding a place to call home shouldn't have to break the bank.

My goal is to offer an affordable housing option for mature, responsible individuals who are looking for a peaceful, clean, and respectful living environment. I'm not trying to make anyone's transition harder than it already is — I'm trying to make it a little easier.

Affordable doesn't mean no standards, though! I value and display everything I wrote in this ad!

🛏️ FURNISHING NOTICE

The room is currently unfurnished and will initially have an airbed only. Just like moving into an empty apartment, you should expect to provide your own furniture and personal belongings.

🏡 The good news? I’ll be furnishing the rooms very soon! Until then, you must be comfortable temporarily sleeping on an airbed.

⚠️ Please do not contact me about renting the room if you cannot comfortably use an airbed until the room is furnished. I want to be upfront about the current setup so we can avoid misunderstandings and make sure we’re a good fit.
