12x13 room for ren in Co-op building in the Bronx

I am a single woman with a 3 year old child. who works
full-time. I work nights.. I'm looking for a clean roommate to share a 2 bedroom Co-op with in a very clean quite, nosy building.

( my ideal roommate) I would like a roommate who is able to keep the shared space clean. I am looking for someone who is fairly quiet and will not have a lot of traffic/ company the apartment. I want someone who is in and out like myself. A person who will take care of my apartment.
The room size is 12 x 12 , unfurnished..

Target/Kmart/Shoprite is walking distance as well as the mini mall is just a short walk across an overpass The 6 train line 3 blocks away. The city is about a 30 minute commute by train and 15 mins by car.

WiFi is not included and i have cable in the house and the room for an additional cost $75. . Gas and Con Edison are included in the rent. I also have a cleaning lady that comes every other week for $100, this is a shared cost.
