Bronx private bedroom for rent

Hello, me and my fiance are looking to fill a room in our 3 bedroom apartment after one of our old roommates are moving out. His things will be removed befofe the 1st, did not have time to take photos of it empty. We are 3 blocks from yankee stadium, the D train, 4 train and 10min walk from the 2 and 3 train and the bronx terminal mall, with target, bjs wholesale, best buy and more. It is not furnished but we do have a air mattress if needed and can of course help in anyway. It has its own private shower, toilet and sink in the room. A deep closet and window facing the front yard opening. We have at the moment 5 cats, they are very friendly and somewhat needy if you're around so warning they might want many pets and pick up time. We share the kitchen of course, I am a chef in the industry so I am rarely home, my fiance is also a bartender and full time student so if we are ever home its usually in our room or watching anime before bed in the living. We would like someone friendly and animal friendly, respectful and knows boundaries.
