I'm a creative professional who travels frequently and keeps irregular hours. When I am home, I'm in usually in the office working, low-key and respectful of shared space.

Furnished master bedroom, approximately 11' × 18' — nearly 200 square feet, significantly larger than most NYC studios. Fits a bed, dresser, desk, seating area, and more with room to spare. Mirrored closets directly outside the room provide ample storage.

The Apartment

Spacious two-bedroom, one-bath on the 22nd floor of a full-service doorman building. Sun-filled, open layout with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow into one continuous space anchored by a large central table — great for working from home, dining, or hosting.

Oversized windows and a private terrace bring in sweeping city and skyline views, including sightlines to Yankee Stadium. Afternoon light is excellent, and sunsets even better.
