Your home away from home

I have a nice furnished room for rent on the 2nd floor of my duplex apartment. You will share the bathroom on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is close to all public transportation, including NYC Ferry service, which is within walking distance from the property, and there are many shopping, dining, and entertainment venues nearby.

The rental agreement includes utilities except AC and Wifi, which are not included. In addition, kitchen privileges and space heaters are not allowed, and there is an additional charge for the use of AC in the summer months.

Tenant is responsible for paying for a background check which must be completed prior to moving in to the property. In addition, proof of income and savings is required and 2 months rent is required to move in to the property. Please note that 1 of the month's rent is a security deposit which will be refunded within 2 weeks after you move out as long as there are no damages to the furnishings in the room or the apt.
