Cozy Room, Close to train, Walk to Hospital & NYBG
Hello,
Welcome!
Available:
Small room (1st floor)
NYC, the Bronx, and our neighborhood of Bedford Park are an evolving, growing, and diverse community. Welcome to this green area in the Bronx. Located on Mosholu Parkway, near the New York Botanical Garden and the 4 and D trains.
Home is Walkable to:
1) Fordham University, Bronx
2) The New York Botanical Garden
3) Montefiore Hospital 204th Street
4) The Bronx Zoo
5) Somewhat close to Arthur Avenue, but yes, I've walked it in 25 minutes.
It is a nice urban, get-to-everything neighborhood where "we" do volunteer to pick up litter on the parkway
Step through the green-stained-glass foyer into a three-apartment home that has welcomed roommates for years—some for a season, others for half a decade. Cozy and well-lived, it holds layers of memories from friends, family, and kindred spirits. Not for everyone, this house calls to those who cherish life’s simple joys: wood and warmth, books and dried flowers, old toys and organized clutter.
The room features:
1) a queen-size bed, a good mattress,
2) a desk,
3) Clothing rack,
4) Dresser,
5) bookcase.
6) It has 1 window
It is a small room.
