You’ll be sharing the home with:
• Me, the homeowner
• My two sons, ages 14 and 8
• One other adult male, a longtime friend from my Air Force days who is currently transitioning out of the military
This is a respectful, family-oriented home. My boys are well-mannered, mature for their ages, and understand the importance of respecting other people’s privacy and space.

Rent is easy too. I have an online payment site, so we don't ever have to meet up just to exchange money or keep track of payments between each other. Cash is still accepted if you prefer it.
