House is fully furnished, including a 55" flat screen, washer and dryer in house and kitchen appliances to which all residents have access. Unfurnished private bedroom with two windows and closet.

If you move in the middle of the month, I will prorate your first month's rent to your actual move in date. I will need to see proof of income, but there is no security deposit or specific time commitments necessary (month to month).
