Looking for a Roommate

Hi I am John and I am close to Randolph AFB, Ft. Sam Houston which is 10 to 15 mins away, and IH 35 and which is an hour away from Austin, Texas. I am looking for a good, clean roommate that is trustworthy and responsible preferably someone who is Military or a Professional. You have a backyard which is currently being worked on, bathroom, kitchen, pantry and a washer/dryer to use. I am not looking for anyone who does drugs or parties, please take note of that DOES NOT DO DRUGS or PARTIES or even MARIJUANA even if it becomes legal. Please I don't do drugs so please respect that. I WON'T have a lot of traffic of people coming and going in the house either and NO Pets.. sorry allergic to cats and don't want a dog craping. I like animals just don't want it anymore. I just want a nice quiet person who is my ideal roommate and wants the same thing in return. Someone who comes and goes to and from work and wants the peace and quiet. I have to be honest about my place and my situation. I am really looking for a person who is like a handyman in nature. I am not looking for anyone to rebuild my house but someone who can help me out with different things like yard work and minor projects in and around the house not a lot of work, because I am getting older and I need the help. So in exchange for your efforts, I am willing to reduce the amount of the rent each month for your hard work depending on what you do. I am also looking for a person who is mature that cleans up after themselves that part comes with the neat and clean Roommate. So after reading this so far you get a clear picture of what I am looking for. Just think if the roles were reversed who would you want in your house? You also have a garage for your car or a truck to work on if you are a mechanic, self employed or in case of inclement weather to protect your vehicle. Just think.. This is the perfect opportunity for a hard-working and motivated individual who wants to save a lot money $$$$$$$$. If you are someone who wants to save money so that you can buy your own house in the future or pay off your bills or student loan you have the incredible opportunity to save money and help someone out at the same time and who knows we may even become great friends. Right now UNFORTUNATELY I don't have a lot of work around the house but later on will. I Also I know that the room is unfurnished but I am working on that. I will also work out a deal that if you buy the mattress and bed frame I will deduct it from the first and second month rent. I am asking for $750.00 per month but don't miss out on this good deal because once prices go up in Austin beyond your reach so will it in the San Antonio area. I can already see that happening already. An added note that there is a $1000.00 security deposit upfront before you move in. You will get the money back if there is no damage or etc.. This is an added insurance measure in case of any problems which is not covered in the ad. This is NON Negotiable in case you are wondering. I know by reading the ad I seem pretty tough but I am not. I am setting the rules up front just to protect myself just as you would do the same. I am asking for no drama as well so there is nothing hidden. Just think of everything I said as a contract. You know what I am asking for and so you know what I expect just as what you expect as well. So finally that's what I want in a roommate and I hope you feel the same way. I am a very flexible person.. chewing tobacco.. dipping... drinking.. coffee you know whatever but when it comes to drugs again I won't budge. I hate and despise Marijuana, not even in the backyard anywhere here, so enough about that know what I mean.
