Hi, we are two mid 20's working women looking for a responsible, respectful and down to earth female roommate to occupy the 3rd room in our 3 bed, 3 bath penthouse.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal roommate is exceptionally clean and organized and respectful of all spaces in the apartment. They clean up after themselves in the common areas.

SPACE
This lovely space is within a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story apartment with full kitchen, dining and living area located on the penthouse floor. The apartment contains full amenities; electric, water and gas. Wifi bill is shared between roommates. This space is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment with a full spacious personal bathroom including a bathtub/shower. The room has a built in closet and personal AC unit. It is also capable of fitting a queen to full size bed comfortably along with a desk and standing wardrobe.

NEIGHBORHOOD
It is a peaceful and quite suburban neighborhood that is within walking distance of a mini shopping center. It is a 10 minute drive from New York City through the George Washington bridge. Accessible public transportation within walking distance from the building to and from New York City. On-site parking is available for a cost as well as free street-side parking.
